RTS Records is a boutique record label and affiliated publishing company. Founded in 2022, our mission is to discover new artists and provide them a platform for artistic expression.

Because we’re based in Chicago, IL, we have a deep understanding of how music can shape a city and its culture. We aim to develop emerging artists in their pursuit of creating amazing music. We believe in the power of the arts, and we strive to support all forms of art and all creators as best we can.

RTS Records offers administrative management, artist development, music and video production, publishing (through RTS Publishing), marketing, and digital distribution for artists signed to our label.
